Your Mission : Lead, innovate, and execute a world-class operational strategy that strengthens WMH’s market presence and delivers exceptional service. Oversee branch operations, streamline workflows, and develop high-performing teams aligned with our commitment to excellence. As a key decision-maker, you will drive profitability, optimize service delivery, and ensure that the business runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Branch Growth Oversee Branch Performance – lead service, parts, rental, and sales support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Optimize Workflow & Efficiency – streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Financial & Budget Oversight – manage P&L, monitor expenses, oversee pricing, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration – work with Sales, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies and performance.
Team Leadership & Development Build & mentor high-performing teams of technicians, support specialists, and branch personnel.
Set goals, track performance, and foster accountability.
Lead training & development with hands-on mentorship and structured learning opportunities.
Customer & Business Impact Customer Engagement & Relationship Building – be the face of WMH, ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and drive retention.
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion – develop plans to increase market share and revenue.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination – manage partnerships, procurement, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Safety, Compliance & Operations Excellence Ensure Safety & Regulatory Compliance – uphold OSHA standards and safe work environment.
Facility & Fleet Management – oversee maintenance and optimization of facilities, equipment, and fleet.
Monitor & Report Key Metrics – prepare performance reports and drive data-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : High School Diploma or GED; preferred 7-10+ years of sales/service management experience in industrial equipment.
Industry Experience : Material Handling, Parts, or Service Management (highly preferred).
Management & Leadership : 5+ years of strategic planning and team leadership; supervisory experience with 2-6 direct reports and 10-15 technicians preferred.
Operational & Strategic Oversight : Ability to manage branch operations, optimize workflows, and drive performance metrics.
Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to engage with customers and drive satisfaction and retention.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge : Understanding of OSHA regulations (preferred).
Technical Knowledge : Forklifts and material handling equipment understanding.
Leadership & Team Development : Experience mentoring and leading teams with growth and accountability.
Time Management & Organization : Ability to multitask and adapt while maintaining efficiency.
Communication & Relationship Building : Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence and collaborate.
Technical & Technology Proficiency : MS Office, CRM systems, and operational management software.
Travel : Valid driver’s license and travel readiness (approximately 20%).
