This role offers a seasoned finance executive the opportunity to continue their career at a firm of highly responsive partners, associates, and legal support staff. Requirements
Certified public accountant with 10+ years’ experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, business acumen, leadership, oral and written communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. High level organizational skills for prioritizing workload. Team‑oriented environment and rapid absorption of new information. Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership, including banking, operating and capital budgeting, forecasting, long‑range financial planning, and cash flows. Oversee all accounting operations and manage the accounting staff, implementing best practices for accurate reporting. Assist outside tax accountants in preparing the firm’s tax returns. Prepare financial statements and periodic financial reports. Manage legal and office support staff, maintaining a positive work environment. Manage the Human Resource function, including policy development, payroll, benefits, and compensation alignment with budget and strategic goals. Manage the Information Technology function, including short‑term and long‑term planning. Develop and maintain firm policies and procedures based on best practices. Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Compensation & Benefits
