Salesforce Travel, Transportation & Hospitality Industry Lead at Slalom. Slalom is seeking a senior industry leader to own the vision, strategy, prioritization, and client offerings for the Travel, Transportation & Hospitality (TTH) practice, encompassing airlines, airports, hotels, cruise lines, car rental, logistics, and broader travel and mobility services. What You’ll Do

Accountability for the TTH industry practice, including establishing our point of view and strategic approach to growth for the practice. You will be responsible for sales, consulting, delivery quality, recruiting, and all operational aspects. Drive overall growth of the Salesforce TTH practice through business development, talent management, delivery oversight, and thought leadership. Maximize team performance through an effective approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction. Manage engagement risk related to Salesforce TTH projects, project economics including planning and budgeting for industry cloud engagements, define deliverable content, and secure buy-in from top client management levels. Ensure the practice achieves utilization targets and that executive leadership leverages knowledge as the subject matter expert. Responsible for the profitability of the Salesforce TTH practice, achieving revenue target expectations for direct influenced sales. Identify, create, execute, and drive development of the most appropriate Salesforce offerings related to TTH that drive revenue and pipeline growth. Provide oversight and governance of all sold and managed Salesforce TTH projects through practice leadership and best practices. Drive business development with the right tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within solutions and offerings, partnering with industry sellers. Build and develop relationships with local market teams, align on sales pursuits, resource capacity, and awareness across global markets. Develop relationships with Salesforce TTH executives, field sales teams, and own account planning including key pursuits. Develop and support the creation of TTH customer case studies and industry-specific content like market trends and sales enablement assets. Collaborate with peers on scaling opportunities, growing teams, and supporting markets. What You’ll Bring

5-10 years of Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality services expertise and team leadership experience in a large consulting environment. Knowledge and experience developing Salesforce TTH sales or delivery accelerators. Previous sales, account management, delivery, and consulting experience. Strong relationships with Salesforce and/or Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality clients. Ability to partner with clients to understand organizational needs and recommend value-added solutions. Experience aligning teams to a common goal with strong people management skills. Coaching and mentoring experience in a sales leadership capacity. Excellent collaboration and team-building skills, adept at negotiating positive outcomes for clients and team members. Strong process orientation with the ability to work with virtual teams. Experience building relationships with CXOs and business decision makers. Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales. Creative and innovative; a visionary in approach. Budget and project management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and business operations capabilities. Able to travel up to 50% if needed. About Us

The salary range for this role is a Director: $161,000-$281,000; Senior Director: $189,000-$359,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
