Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, acting as the primary liaison for technical queries and escalations Develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance adoption and satisfaction Create Success Plans with customers, tracking key performance indicators and reporting progress Collaborate with engineering and support teams to swiftly resolve technical issues and escalations Advocate for customer needs across departments, providing insights on new features and opportunities What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with relevant certifications preferred Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
