We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide pharmacy services and support our pharmacy team on an as-needed basis, helping ensure safe, effective medication management and compassionate patient care. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to make a difference in the community while maintaining a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide guidance on dosages, interactions, and side effects. Counsel patients and providers to ensure safe and effective use of medications. Maintain accurate records, including patient profiles, controlled substance logs, and inventory systems. Support pharmacy staff and collaborate with the PIC to ensure smooth operations. Provide specialized patient support for chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DEA, FDA, and state/federal regulations. Step in as acting PIC during absences, when needed. What We’re Looking For
Required :
PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Active Utah pharmacist license in good standing (DOPL) 2–5 years of pharmacy experience Fluency in English and Spanish

Supervisory experience
