Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Experience with the multi-family industry is a plus. A strong interest in staying current with industry trends and best practices is also a plus. Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and finalize contracts. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-motivated: Highly driven, independent, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress. Goal-oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Seniority level
