What you'll do... Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock inventory levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales. Assess economic trends and community needs. Model, enforce, and guide Associates on customer service approaches to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve as good community members. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Analyze reports, implement asset protection and safety controls, and develop performance improvement plans. Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and development opportunities for Associates. Maintain quality eyewear services by consulting with customers, selecting products, taking measurements, verifying prescriptions, and performing minor repairs. Uphold the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with Associates to address concerns. Coordinate activities with stakeholders, support business initiatives, and promote continuous learning. Lead a culture of belonging, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail and supervisory experience OR 2 years general work including optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising associates. Location
