We’re looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Branch Operations Lead to support the continued growth of our Columbia branch. In this role, you’ll guide and mentor Universal Bankers, ensure smooth and compliant daily operations, and help build strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and the broader community. About the Role

As Branch Operations Lead, you’ll balance the day-to-day responsibilities of branch oversight with opportunities to represent Investors Community Bank at community events, chamber activities, and local business initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who values both operational excellence and community engagement—bringing steady leadership inside the branch and an approachable presence outside of it. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support Universal Bankers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Oversee daily branch operations, including teller services, account openings, cash handling, and reconciliations. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as the communication bridge between the branch and the Chillicothe main branch, implementing initiatives and sharing feedback. Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Support branch marketing efforts and represent the bank at community events. Qualifications

Previous experience in retail banking or financial services, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong knowledge of branch operations, teller functions, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to balance operational oversight with business development and community engagement. Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
