District Support Night Pharmacist PT at CVS Health. This role supports pharmacist scheduling, district coverage, and pharmacy operations under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader. Responsibilities

Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled; overseeing the pharmacy and serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap Supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails at every workstation Assuming Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the only or primary pharmacist-on-duty Coaching the pharmacy team to provide compassionate care, collaborating with the patient’s total healthcare team, and proactively resolving insurance and medication issues Proactively offering and delivering immunizations to keep patients healthy; supporting technicians to learn to immunize Supporting inventory management across pharmacies with focus on protecting cold chain products Maintaining flexibility for scheduling and business needs while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic Maintaining relevant clinical and technical skills through trainings and continuing education; expanding knowledge to better support patients Supporting access to care and improving patient outcomes through pharmacist-delivered clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible Understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and CVS Health policies; protecting patient privacy and maintaining a safe workplace Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list Essential Functions

Ability to travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe Attention and focus: concentrate on tasks, pivot quickly between tasks, and ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy Customer service and team orientation: proactively help people and respond to patient reactions Communication skills: use verbal and written communication; practice active listening Mathematical reasoning: compute days supply, counts, and packaging requirements Problem resolution: identify and resolve issues with patients or colleagues Physical demands: be mobile, lift and handle items, reach, type, and inspect small parts; visual acuity for reading and monitoring work Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently; perform tasks requiring manual dexterity Ability to receive detailed information via oral communication Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of related experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting Anticipated Schedule and Compensation

Anticipated weekly hours: 15. Time Type: Part time. Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour. This reflects base pay and may vary by experience, education, geography, and other factors. Benefits
