The Technology Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day and long-term coordination of technology projects across IT, BI, and EHR and executing enterprise technology projects and associated deliverables to successful completion. Other duties include identifying and leading high-value process improvement initiatives, developing/maintaining governance policies, and assisting in end-user adoption/training. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent verbal and written communication, and enjoys collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Project Management Serve as the primary contact for technology projects, coordinating communication with project teams as needed. Coordinate project development activities, resources, and information. Collaborate with Technology leaders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Assign tasks to internal Technology teams/members and assist with schedule management. Analyze risks and opportunities; monitor project progress and address issues. Communicate project status to stakeholders and the Technology team. Problem-solve and troubleshoot project issues and barriers with other Technology team members. Plan meetings and organize project logistics. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Maintain an issue resolution log and escalate as appropriate. Provide assistance and support to Technology leaders as needed. Process Improvement Analyze existing operations, systems, processes, and metrics to identify pain points and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities. Support identification and prioritization of future operational improvement projects across operational areas. Create process recommendation documents, including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses. Lead development of recommendations and apply Lean/Six Sigma concepts to process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver improvements that balance priorities. Manage multiple concurrent operational improvement projects. Evaluate quality and system efficiency and develop improvement strategies. Technology Governance Assist in developing and maintaining Technology department governance standards. Ensure policy documents reflect governance and policy development best practices. Assist in defining architecture or a business initiative by providing guidance to achieve organizational goals. End User Relationship Assess, build, and implement Technology Team’s communication and education strategies. Facilitate end-user adoption and understanding of key initiatives and technologies. You Bring (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience Two years or more project management experience Familiarity with agile project management and tools Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Experience in project management from conception to delivery Experience in identifying, communicating, and managing high-value process improvement opportunities Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Flexibility in time and task to meet organizational needs Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff donors, and organizational intellectual property Benefits
