Overview
Reporting to the VP, Commercialization Strategy & Operations, the Commercial Operations Lead is a critical leadership role within the Commercialization organization. This leader is responsible for creating an efficient and cohesive global commercial operations organization that aligns with our enterprise strategy and promotes continuous improvement to support the business. The role requires strong matrix collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Analytics across markets.
Responsibilities
Build and execute a unified commercial operations strategy to meet the evolving needs of the portfolio.
Develop worldwide governance and standards to drive strategic alignment and visibility.
Drive innovation to incorporate the latest technology and best practices.
Execute operations across Business Units in the U.S. and partner with Rest of World to drive strategic alignment.
Collaborate with leaders across Sales and Marketing in the U.S. and other markets to understand evolving business needs, provide recommendations, and execute operational functions such as:
Samples Management
PReP
Budget Management
Fleet
Winners' Circle
Licensing and Credentialing
Label Operations
Advise US BUs leads and GMs on design of operational functions, including feasibility, external benchmarking, and monitoring evolving technology and practices.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR to evolve standards and policies as needed.
Lead and develop a diverse team of professionals with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading projects across multi-functional teams
In-depth experience in strategy/operations preferred
Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel up to 25%
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range provided for this role is $236,400 - $286,464. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Benefits vary by location and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and other programs described on the careers site.

On-site, hybrid, or field-based arrangements in line with the Occupancy Structure and business needs.
