We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Russian to provide exceptional support to our diverse clientele.

Bilingual CSR (Russian) Schedule:
Full time - 40 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries regarding enrollment services
Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care education
Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately
Support mailroom and clerical tasks as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer interactions
Escalate issues to the appropriate staff when needed
Provide
Russian-English interpretation
for non-English-speaking clients
Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on program updates
Candidate Requirements:
Must be available to work
onsite in New York, NY
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of experience
in customer service or human services
Typing speed of
35 WPM or higher
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred:
Experience in a
call center or public service environment
Familiarity with
Medicaid, managed care, or other healthcare programs
