What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Define, scope, and manage one or more projects to ensure technical and business objectives are met Oversee all aspects of projects with minimal supervision, actively participating in all project phases Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success while effectively handling team conflicts Estimate and monitor project costs, timescales, and resource requirements to ensure successful completion Prepare and maintain project plans, track activities, and implement effective communication strategies
What is Required (Qualifications): 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role in an IT environment Hands-on experience managing projects centered on Large Language Models (LLMs) Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong business and technical acumen in project planning and management Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance and U.S. Citizenship
