Lead project management services for facilities, including major and minor project and alteration services Develop project scope and schedule while addressing potential risks regarding budget and logistics Coordinate and track Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs) Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain financial files Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Engineering Design or Construction, or equivalent Military experience Proficiency in reviewing and commenting on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings Experience overseeing new construction or renovations of existing buildings Some cost estimating experience, particularly with the RS Means format Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation and construction projects Preferred Qualifications
