Overview

Analyst II – Policy & Regulatory Operations Under the Policy & Regulatory Operations Manager’s supervision, the Analyst II helps ensure Health Services, Quality Systems, Provider Services, and Member Services remain in compliance with Local, State, Federal, contractual and accreditation requirements. The role supports departmental operational strategies by completing compliance assessments, regulatory reviews, and audit-related submissions; and by managing cross-functional regulatory implementation, operational and system enhancement projects. Responsibilities

Interpret Local, State, Federal, contractual and accreditation requirements. Perform gap analyses, define project scope, initiate projects, plan resources, identify risks, and implement projects. Conduct timely and comprehensive reviews and maintenance of internal and Provider policies. Coordinate cross-functional regulatory implementation and system enhancements aligned with IEHP business operations. Support compliance assessments, regulatory reviews, and audit-related submissions across Health Services, Quality Systems, Provider Services, and Member Services. Maintain an understanding of IEHP operations and collaborate with teams to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Education & Requirements

At least three (3) years of experience providing analytical and/or project implementation support, including regulatory review and analysis in a healthcare setting. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Key Qualifications

Must have a valid California Driver’s license. Working knowledge of project management software such as Workfront, MS Project, or equivalent. Knowledge of managed care industry practices and standards (Local, Federal, State and/or accreditation standards) is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) for office use. Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with team members at all levels; detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through. Specific physical requirements: stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Perks & Benefits

Pay Range: $80,059.20 USD Annually - $106,059.20 USD Annually
