Overview
Field Service Technician Level 1, Seattle, WA – Join to apply for the Field Service Technician Level 1, Seattle, WA role at LINET. At the direction of the Field Service Supervisor and the Technical Support Team, the Field Service Technician I will be provided assignments to complete installation, troubleshooting and repair of LINET and non-LINET products in hospital and healthcare facilities. The Field Service Technician I will assist on customer installations and be responsible for reporting any damages or bed function failures to the Technical Support Team, and if possible, repair any bed concerns on site within established standards. Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner. Complete repair work for service related to electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems repairs as per established service standards and training. Assist on installations and complete routine preventative maintenance per service contracts. Document repairs as completed per work orders, including evaluation, service or PM forms, accurately describing any bed function failure and how it was remedied, including parts used or required, and confirming warranty or non-warranty reported failure. Ensure all paperwork is signed by the technician and facility representative and submitted to Technical Support Team within 24 hours of completion. Perform routine preventative maintenance on beds, and repairs on all beds, stretchers, OBTs, and other accessory items per service contracts and work orders. Understand the detailed functionality and benefit offering of each product and how each product meets emergent customer needs. Complete ongoing education provided by LINET to stay current on all LINET products and technologies. Adhere to LINET Safety Procedures during maintenance, repairs, installations and other-directed work. Wear personal protective equipment as required (e.g., safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, protective clothing). LINET will provide established equipment annually; LINET equipment is to be used for LINET products and assigned tasks. Complete service van maintenance, inventory of tools and spare parts before and after each shift. Report any needed repairs to management for safety and per guidelines. All other duties as assigned. Regular and timely attendance; nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years related experience and/or training Advanced electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills Experience in driving “C” size trucks Valid driver license; ability to be insured under Company insurance per established guidelines. Driver’s license record reviewed annually. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Character/Skills

Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to drive in inclement weather. Work Environment
Works in hospital environments where biohazards could be present. Travel
