Civil (Design) Engineer (Data Centers) – Jacobs
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing group. The role focuses on large‑scale industrial and commercial facility development, including grading, drainage, and stormwater systems, while ensuring schedule and technical quality. Base Pay Range
$85,000.00 /yr – $111,525.00 /yr Key Responsibilities
Lead site development, master planning, and site selection for industrial projects. Design underground utility routing and site space planning. Perform hydrology and storm drain system design and modeling (StormCAD, CivilStorm). Prepare grading plans, cut‑and‑fill analysis, and earthwork balancing. Provide erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans. Research and adhere to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. At least 8 years of engineering experience, including extensive project experience in industrial development. Strong working knowledge of medium‑to‑large scale industrial development design. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and all design modules. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) certification. Experience with Bluebeam and Navisworks. Benefits & Perks
