CNA/CHHA (Caregiver) - Brandywine Living - Voorhees Salary Range - $20/HR The Caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Job Overview
- Per-Diem shifts available! Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide resident care that includes bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents Escort residents to meals and activities Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to the supervisor Schedule : Full-Time (11:00pm-7:00am) Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred Physical Abilities
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell May be required to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. Use proper body mechanics Additional Information
