Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for telehealth and in-patient care as determined. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care; provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Engage with clinical leadership and escalate to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns in line with company values. Meet patient volume goals targeted for telehealth and in-patient care as determined. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate; build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with patient-centric focus, safety, cost considerations, and reliable information. Ensure activities comply with department expectations and Federal/State regulations (including HIPAA). Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment in both in-patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue queue of telehealth patients to ensure proper follow up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Adhere to clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training. Operate within standard NP/PA protocols. Complete mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed continued quality of care. Adhere to the Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Provide ideas to improve patient experience and care; communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees and assist with onboarding, including introductions, tours, and process overviews. Support new employee training with job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching opportunities. Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, co-workers, and managers. Perform the physical, cognitive, sensory, and environmental functions as specified for the position. Promote and maintain a culture of confidentiality and compliance with company standards of operation. Consult with patients through virtual channels. Demonstrated experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN: minimum of 4 shifts per month; Full Time: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner; new grad Physician Assistant with up to 1 year of experience. Level 2: NP with 1–5 years of experience; PA with 1–5 years of experience. Level 3: NP with 5–10 years of experience; PA with 5–10 years of experience. Level 4: NP with over 10 years of experience; PA with over 10 years of experience. On-call periodically throughout the year. Education
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience
At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER/Trauma, Family Medicine strongly preferred). Current License or Certification
Active, in good standing license and DEA; DOT certification required for FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment. Compliance and Equal Opportunity
