HRG , an employee‑owned consulting engineering firm, we are seeking a
Senior Water & Wastewater Project Manager
to lead projects in
Cranberry Township, PA . The role focuses on managing environmental water/wastewater projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage environmental water/wastewater projects from initiation through closeout.
Prepare project designs, reports, and construction contract documentation.
Administer construction contracts and manage project profitability.
Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain client relationships and project development activities.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and budget‑constrained delivery.
Provide project reviews, QA/QC, and compliance oversight with client‑specific requirements.
Assist in staff training and recommend staffing needs to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering with an environmental emphasis.
Pennsylvania P.E. licensure.
10+ years of project experience in water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection and treatment, hydraulics, on‑lot systems, and environmental assessments.
5–10 years of project management experience, including timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and related engineering applications.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills; team player.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.; flexibility to travel to job sites.
Experience with computer modeling of water systems, hydraulic design software, and PA DEP regulations.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
Marketing experience within a consulting engineering context.
