Position : Leasing Consultant Location : Palm Bay, FL area (opportunities and postings include related roles in surrounding markets) Responsibilities

Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and performing necessary follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and strive to meet/exceed leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs Support general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys to generate ideas and plans Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters and enforce community policies as directed Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Regular movement and interaction at work; ability to operate in various environments and lift up to 25 lbs as needed Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and other structures; may require standing or sitting for prolonged periods Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions and other hazards; ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours as needed At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, background, training, and certifications.
