Leasing Consultant The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walk units, and the turnover process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market analysis to generate ideas Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent service and monitor service request turnaround Represent the community positively to achieve objectives and public recognition Enforce community policies as directed by the supervisor Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Movements and activities typical of on-site property management, including mobility between worksites, communicating with others, and repetitive motions Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and navigate various environments; lift or move up to 25 lbs; work overtime, weekends, and emergencies as needed Work in indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to weather, chemicals, and noise Salary

Salary Range: $18 per hour to $21 per hour Benefits and Compensation
