Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants
Provide coverage consultation on small business lines including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and more
Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales team
Prioritize and manage tasks to deliver timely outcomes to customers
Operate with a customer-focused approach, tailoring insurance solutions to meet business owners' needs
Qualifications
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell complex messages
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Call center experience valued
Competitive nature and strong desire to win
Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High-speed broadband cable internet service with required minimum speeds
