Recruit and hire a world‑class team of sellers focused on SLED accounts Manage and enable sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones Develop and execute an overall account strategy for the region Partner with Sales Engineering to provide effective product demonstrations and technology validation Cultivate and close new business at executive levels within midmarket accounts What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of SLED sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas 2+ years of experience leading a SLED sales team focused on new business growth Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation and customer acquisition Exceptional communication and presentation skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) Successful experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences Ability to establish strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment
