Research and identify potential school and district partners through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach Qualify prospects and set appointments, passing qualified leads to Account Managers Establish rapport with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Reading Events Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and track progress toward sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Sales Automation and Customer Relationship Management software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with customers and team members How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
