Board Certified or Eligible Full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State Degree of Doctor of Medicine or equivalent Residency training completed and approved by VA U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens only if recruitment of qualified citizens is impossible) Academic Affiliation
