Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction to adult learners. Develop lesson plans aligned with student needs and testing results. Track student progress, attendance, and performance data. Provide individualized academic and personal support to promote student success. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth program operations and student-centered services. Support administrative tasks and cross-train in department functions as needed. Work Conditions
Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends. May involve travel between program locations. Must be able to meet deadlines in a dynamic, student-focused environment. Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field. 1 year of experience working with adult learners or in training/counseling roles. Strong communication, cultural competency, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with instructional technology and learning management systems. Willingness to become WorkReady U certified within one year Required Experience
