Track student progress, attendance, and performance data. Provide individualized academic and personal support to promote student success. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth program operations and student-centered services. Support administrative tasks and cross-train in department functions as needed. Work Conditions: Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends. May involve travel between program locations. Must be able to meet deadlines in a dynamic, student-focused environment. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field. 1 year of experience working with adult learners or in training/counseling roles. Strong communication, cultural competency, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with instructional technology and learning management systems.
