Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. Participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly. Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, and ensures proper product rotation and sanitation standards are followed. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with team members, and ensures compliance with policies and ethics standards. Leads and participates in team activities, manages customer orders, and ensures products are staged according to company policies. Must be 18 or older, with at least 6 months of retail and customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications...
