For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our existing customer base, building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support, keeping clients informed about new solutions that can benefit their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales record. Industry knowledge of heavy construction equipment or rentals is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated salespeople. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
