For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, demonstrating how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and informing them about new solutions that can benefit their business. Respond quickly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop innovative sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with a proven track record in outside sales. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry experience (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay informed about EquipmentShare products and services.
