For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests; be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our customer base through relationship building with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase profits, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed of new solutions that can benefit their business. Promptly address customer inquiries, requests, or complaints; conduct sales presentations for prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) preferred but not required; training provided for motivated salespeople. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.
