The Security Supervisor provides oversight and supervision to security personnel and shift leads, implementing and maintaining security policies, programs, and procedures to protect the assets of LACC and ensure a safe environment for all visitors, clients, and staff. Key Job Factors: Managed level of accountability Routine decision-making Contact with internal and external parties Directs department through reporting supervisors/managers Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to security needs and coordinate with law enforcement as needed Train, evaluate, and supervise security staff Manage security staff scheduling and hours Enforce policies and respond to violations and complaints Collaborate with Guest Services for crowd management Operate security systems (CCTV, Fire Control, radios, etc.) Develop employee and visitor credentialing programs Update policies and emergency plans in collaboration with leadership Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 3 years security experience; ASM Global/AEG experience a plus Valid CA State BSIS Guard Card Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of crowd management and human behavior Ability to train staff and manage schedules Flexible work hours, reliable transportation, professional demeanor Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional preferred qualifications listed Physical Demands:
Regular movement, lifting up to 50-100 pounds, visual acuity requirements Additional Comments:
Onsite work, exposure to weather and environmental conditions, compliance with safety regulations, and company policies.
