Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their needs. Assist guests and support guest services, including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders). Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up promotional signs for GM areas; operate power equipment if certified. Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed. Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability. Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services across the store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and training; report hazards. Perform other duties based on business needs. What We Are Looking For / Qualifications
You enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members and thrive in a fast-paced, active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving. You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times. From the start, you should have a welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates and the ability to communicate using handheld scanners and other technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly; maintain attention to detail and follow multi-step processes. Physical ability to climb ladders, lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds, and work in varying temperatures; ability to remain mobile during shifts. Benefits and Accommodations
