We are building the region’s best Security Systems Integration team and seek skilled Outside Commercial Sales Representatives in the Olathe, Kansas office to excel in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships by selling services and installation solutions that include Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control & Revenue, Alarm Monitoring Services as well as Service Programs and other solutions.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Become a trusted advisor:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic security solutions that win them over. Hunt new business:
Identify and qualify leads, generate fresh opportunities, and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers. Master the sales cycle:
Prospecting, lead generation, negotiation and closing; orchestrate a winning sales plan and showcase expertise at every step. Design solutions that impress:
Translate client needs into effective estimates and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations. Collaborate and communicate:
Work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear communication. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not a requirement. A valid driver\'s license is required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Outside Commercial Sales experience in security or related field preferred. Ability to develop new business and strengthen existing relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport. Knowledge of security systems and industry trends is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Team player with leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
