What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell products and services

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and issues

Utilize systems and technology for account management and order processing

Document and process customer orders accurately in appropriate systems

Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on program knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment

Previous state or federal work experience
