What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing products and services

Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions

Document and process customer orders while adhering to scripts and policies

Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and changes

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of the Windows operating system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales in a contact center environment

State or Federal work experience
