DUTIES

Manage all order fulfillment activities for DSG Canusa key customers

Analyze customer requirements and prepare quotations based on current market conditions, product type, past market history, technical capabilities and the geographical market segment strategy

Working closely with Regional Managers proactively target and develop new business and markets to build DSG Canusa market share

Initiate cost requests and order expedites if required to ensure on time completion

Track quotation trends and order success rates

Marketing Support

Provide input to management to ensure proper strategic market direction and identify obstacles, competitive products and pricing to determine our market competitiveness

Execute channel management and promotional programs designed by management

Gather and monitor potentially useful information for opportunities from any/all available sources

Prepare and manage project bid/tender packages

Customer Service

Process purchase orders from customers into ERP system while managing order lead time requirements

Facilitate customer requests and orders through Product engineering and production if required

Review requests for warranty, return goods, credits and debits, customer complaints and forward to Country Manager for approval

Accurately invoice customers for all shipments that have been made as required

Review and approve freight and brokerage bills

Act as a back-up during vacation periods or as required

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Community College Education

Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in Sales

Previous experience within manufacturing - preferred

Customer Relation Skills

Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills

Previous experience with ERP systems

Computer Literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
