The flagship product is an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis. It provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow offers an integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis. The base compensation range is between $125,000 - $140,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This role is also eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) of $200,000 - $215,000. Job Description

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure success with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. Your responsibilities include driving adoption through the network of referring physicians, educating customers, and building high customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing role with a primary focus on Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other health care professionals. Expected travel: approximately 20-25% from a home office. Responsibilities

Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway; develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including deployment of Heartflow leadership and physician mentors, organizing events and roadshows, and coordinating with Territory Sales, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams. Increase Heartflow usage within designated accounts by: maintaining relationships with referring physicians and key clinical stakeholders; educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition; promoting and championing Heartflow to build advocates. Performance will be evaluated based on metrics such as quota attainment within strategic accounts and cCTA/FFRct growth. Skills and Qualifications

Proven sales skills and track record of achievement. Account development experience, especially in building and supporting clinical programs. Clinical/technical proficiency; quick learner who can disseminate information to customers. Strong relationship-building with admin staff, cardiologists, referring practices, hospital marketing, and strategic personnel to drive awareness of a cCTA/FFRct pathway and adoption. Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to support focused customers and execute program development plans. Customer-focused mentality with excellent verbal and written communication and professional etiquette. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to initiate, organize, and complete projects; excellent problem-solving under pressure; strong work ethic; ability to work with diverse health care professionals. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems. Education and Experience

4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of related experience. Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing, or Technical field is preferred. Experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital settings, or medical software is highly desired. Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired. Equal Opportunity
