Role Overview For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save and make money, and operate more efficiently.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and keeping them informed of new solutions.
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Technical aptitude to adapt and stay updated on products and services.
Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented.
Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
