Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely. Maintaining visual merchandise standards. Performing measurements, store layout initiatives, and cycle counts. Hanging signage and assembling merchandise and fixtures. Providing excellent customer service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value. Qualifications:
Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential. Skills and Abilities:
Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise. Travel required between store locations using personal vehicle. Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks throughout shifts. This job is currently active and accepting applications.
