About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day includes the following responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the omni experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas Promote and sell products to customers Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all store areas Give and receive feedback to learn and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant to the role Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkouts according to best practice Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Assist with garment presentation and attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store OMNI services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing the store Follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements for the role Qualifications
