Remote Inbound Sales Representative

Location Texas (Remote work)
Pay Range Base salary $55,000 - $75,000 per year plus commission. Starting base salary $45K with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads as an Inside Sales Agent.
Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match coverage, products, and benefits.
Convert sales leads into policyholders and achieve quota through warm inbound leads.
Maintain a professional remote work environment and adhere to schedule (four weekdays and one weekend day).
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales or service related work required.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and PC literacy.
Property & Casualty Insurance license required (training provided if not held).
Training and Benefits
16 week training for licensed hires, 18 week for unlicensed.
