Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents can earn up to $85K+. Position Overview
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Agent for an inbound, remote sales role. Candidates must reside in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, or Louisiana. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs. Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and customer-centric engagement. Adapt to remote working environments, maintaining a professional workspace and high-speed internet. Position Details & Training
Paid training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits start Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming leads are warm. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Required schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (mid-morning start, e.g., 11am‑8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift changes. All computer equipment provided; remote work requires a dedicated workspace, wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Required Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capability and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance license required; training provided if you do not currently hold one. Benefits
