Core Responsibilities
Prepared, formatted, and reviewed legal and administrative documents, including correspondence, contracts, and filings; maintained consistency in templates and document styles.
Managed attorney calendars, travel logistics, meetings, and expense reports; ensured timely tracking of deadlines and reimbursements.
Organized electronic and physical client files in compliance with firm policies and retention standards.
Supported client onboarding, drafted engagement letters, and facilitated billing communications; monitored time entries and month‑end billing cycles.
Coordinated with external agencies and clients for filings, transactional closings, and ad‑hoc projects.
Conducted preliminary legal research and gathered financial and procedural data using firm databases and software tools.
Served as a point of contact between attorneys, clients, and internal departments to promote smooth communication and task completion.
Skills & Tools Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, InTapp, CMS/Prebill Viewer, HotDocs, PDF software, e‑filing systems, QuickLook, Chrome River. Strong organizational, multitasking, and client‑relations abilities.
Experience 2–4 years of experience providing administrative, billing, and document management support to attorneys and legal teams.
