Director, Recruiting at Peyton Resource Group Permanent/Direct Hire Salary Range $75-80K, DOE Onsite in Miami, FL Candidates cannot have an active real estate license (conflict of interest) KEYS:
2-5 years of experience Experience in/with a law firm’s real estate department Knowledge/understanding of real estate law verbiage Experienced with administration tasks (client billing, intensive new client intake processes, etc.) Experienced in document management software (iManage/Work10) and Microsoft office programs SUMMARY:
The Legal Assistant - Real Estate Law will be responsible for: Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Assist attorneys in preparing for closings, including gathering necessary documentation. Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible. Provide exceptional administrative and client service support to attorneys. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Handle monthly client billing (paper and electronic billing). Review billing prebills for accuracy, completeness, and necessary timekeeper inquiries and narrative edits. Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant in real estate law. Proficiency in document management and document preparation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with law firm software and transaction management systems. Real estate developer and condominium law experience is a plus. About PRG
