The Cellar at 24 are looking for a talented Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring impeccable food quality.
The candidate must be competent in all sections and able to step up when the head chef is away.
Duties
– Leading food preparation activities and ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest culinary standards
– Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
– Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
– Collaborating with the Head Chef to create new menu items and specials
