ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors. POSITION SUMMARY: This is a full-time position (40 Hours). As part of our Team, you will be responsible for providing a professional environment and positive attitude with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is very organized, self-motivated, and computer savvy. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with our internal office systems/procedures and includes a combination of answering telephones, data entry, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to exhibit a professional and positive demeanor toward others to create a team atmosphere. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Input and maintain 8-1-1 locates for companywide job sites. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of water meters and 8-1-1 tickets. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Maintain confidentiality with privileged information. Input, organize and distribute fleet renewals and insurance. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License to legally operate a motor vehicle. Other Requirements: Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, general knowledge of computer use and typing. Dress code is business casual. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Other Physical Requirements:
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (hard hat, eye & ear protection, safety vest, gloves, dust mask or respirator, fall protection gear, etc.).
