Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.

Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Eligibility Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

Position Details As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

A Passionate Seller: skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.

A Front Lines Liaison: represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.

A Reliable Teammate: adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders.

A Customer-Centric Closer: sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need today and confidently pursue tomorrow.

Training & Benefits

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service.

Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
