Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Position Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must reside within these states to be considered.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details – Training & Requirements

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing!

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Opportunities for rewards and recognition.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 a.m.–8 p.m. (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department‑level requirements which include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber, or DSL service) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
